PIRTLE’S BARNYARD & BEYOND LLC
EVENT LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE FORM

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that interacting with animals involves inherent risks, including but not limited to scratches, bites, bumps, allergic reactions, and exposure to outdoor elements. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

2. Supervision Requirement

Pirtle’s Barnyard & Beyond LLC staff will always supervise and manage the animals. However, parents, guardians, and event hosts are responsible for supervising their children and guests. Children must remain under adult supervision while interacting with animals, and all guests are expected to follow posted and verbal safety instructions provided by staff.

3. Animal Conduct & Safety

I agree that animals must be treated with respect. I understand that chasing, grabbing, pulling, feeding without permission, or engaging in loud or aggressive behavior is prohibited. I acknowledge that staff may remove animals or end the event early if unsafe behaviors occurs.

4. Health & Allergy Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that guests with allergies to animals, hay, straw, or outdoor environments participate at their own discretion. Pirtle’s Barnyard & Beyond LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions.


5. Property Damage Responsibility

I agree to be responsible for any damage caused by myself or guests to fencing, equipment, or animals belonging to Pirtle’s Barnyard & Beyond LLC.

6. Weather & Environmental Conditions

I understand that unsafe weather conditions may require adjustments, relocation, or early termination of the event. Rescheduling may be necessary for extreme heat, storms, or hazardous conditions.

7. Photo & Video Consent

I grant permission for Pirtle’s Barnyard & Beyond LLC to take photos or videos during the event for promotional use unless I provide written notice requesting otherwise.

8. Release of Liability

I release Pirtle’s Barnyard & Beyond LLC, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation, except in cases of proven negligence.

9. Agreement

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms listed in this waiver.

10. Travel & Mileage Policy
To accommodate our mobile petting zoo services, a travel fee of $1.50 per mile is applicable to all bookings. This distance is calculated from our home base at Pirtle’s Barnyard and Beyond to your specified event venue. Please note that this mileage fee is not included in the initial online checkout process; the final balance for travel will be collected on-site at your event or via a separate invoice issued thereafter.
